Your request will be processed as soon as possible. Please do not forget to state your registration code when sending a support request!
We also offer limited support for all of our evaluation products and for ProtectStar™ Data Shredder 2.1 Freeware during the evaluation period (max. 1 support request). Due to the large amount of freeware versions e-mail requests we receive, it may take us a few days to respond.
