How do I activate the license when I switch to a new Mac or if I have a new Windows computer?

Our licensing system cannot change your license to a new Mac or Windows PC / laptop. Therefore, we ask you to send your valid license (activation code) to your Protectstar Support Heroes so we can issue you a replacement code.

Please ensure that you have removed the relevant product from the old Mac or Windows computer and are no longer using it.
