Why is the Firewall Android app turning off by itself

The Protectstar Firewall AI for Android app requires an internal VPN hotspot service to effectively route, monitor, and block your device's internet connections. This service acts as a proxy between your device's apps and servers. However, it's important to note that this is not a traditional VPN that connects to another VPN server.

The internal VPN hotspot service in the Firewall AI is responsible for forwarding and blocking incoming and outgoing connections on your Android device. It does not connect your device to a virtual private network.

It's worth mentioning that if you try to use another VPN service while the Firewall AI app is running, it will be disabled. This is because the Android operating system does not allow the use of multiple VPN services simultaneously.
