What does the message “App not installed because the package conflicts with an existing package” mean?

This message almost always means that Android has detected another or older installation of the same app. That can be leftovers from a previous version, a different variant of the app, or an additional installation in Secure Folder. Android is not blocking the new installation because our app is defective, but because a conflicting package is already present on your device.

The cleanest solution is this: completely uninstall older variants, also check Samsung Secure Folder, then clear the Package Installer cache, restart the device, and only then try installing the desired version again. This is the exact order we also recommend in our FAQ for this type of error.
