I bought it in the Google Play Store. How do I link my purchase to MY.PROTECTSTAR?

If you bought your Protectstar app through the Google Play Store, you do not need an activation code. Activation is handled through your Google account.

If your app supports MY.PROTECTSTAR, simply sign in inside the app with your Protectstar account. In supported cases, this can make your Google Play purchase visible in MY.PROTECTSTAR or link it to your account there.

The important point is this: MY.PROTECTSTAR complements your Google Play purchase, but it does not replace it. Purchase handling, subscription term, renewal, and billing remain primarily tied to Google Play. Depending on the product, Play Store purchases may only have limited management options inside MY.PROTECTSTAR.

If linking does not work, please check:

• whether you are signed in with the correct Google account,
• whether you are using the latest app version,
• and whether a device restart helps.
