When will I receive my refund?

Once we have issued your refund, we automatically return it to your original payment method. This may be your credit card or the payment method you originally used. The credit does not always appear immediately, and it may take a few days to show up.

The exact timing depends not only on us, but also on your credit card issuer and your bank. That means a refund may already have been initiated even if it is not yet visible in your account. Please wait at least ten business days.
