Is my purchased Pro edition of Anti Spy active? How to check PRO or LIFETIME
If you purchased Anti Spy through Google Play, your PRO or LIFETIME version is activated automatically. You do not need a license key or a separate activation code.
The fastest way to check the status is directly in the app:
Open Anti Spy and go to Settings. If “Anti Spy PRO” or “Anti Spy LIFETIME” is shown at the top, your paid features are already unlocked.
If that is not shown yet, please go through the following steps:
- Completely close the app and open it again.
- Restart your device once.
- Check under Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history whether the purchase was completed successfully.
- Make sure you are signed in with the correct Google account.
- Update the app and the Play Store to the latest version.
If you purchased not through Google Play, but directly from the Protectstar Online Shop, activation instead takes place via your activation code or through MY.PROTECTSTAR.
