How do I connect my apps with MY PROTECTSTAR?

Connecting your PROTECTSTAR apps with your MY PROTECTSTAR account is easy! Here are the steps you need to follow:

1. Log in to your MY PROTECTSTAR account at https://my.protectstar.com

2. Once logged in, click on the tab “MY APPS & LICENSES” and then click on “Add new license.”

3. Enter the activation code of your product to activate and connect your app.

Please note that purchases made on the Google Play Store will not be visible in your MY PROTECTSTAR account. To get the full benefits of your PROTECTSTAR app, it is recommended that you purchase it on the Protectstar online shop. If you have already purchased the app on our online shop and wish to request a refund for purchase on the Play Store, please get in touch with our Support Heroes.
