iShredder iOS is not detecting my USB connected iPhone or iPad. What can I do?

For Windows users, download and install Apple iTunes from https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/, and authorize your device through iTunes on your computer or laptop.

For macOS Catalina or higher, authorize your iOS device through Finder. Open Finder, select your device on the left side, and accept the pop-up on your iPhone or iPad when prompted.

Once authorized, relaunch iShredder iOS.
