I can’t press the SCAN button. What can I do?
If you currently can’t press the SCAN button, a spyware signature update may still be running in the background. In that case, it often helps to wait about one minute and then try again.
If the button still doesn’t respond, you should restart your device once. That often resolves temporary background-task or display issues.
