New in MY.PROTECTSTAR: our free Member Tiers loyalty program. Four tiers, four stars, and your previous purchases from the Protectstar Shop already count. You may already be VEGA or SIRIUS without even knowing it.

Even if you’ve only ever used our apps for free, you belong here, too. Registering automatically gives you STAR status and makes you part of the program from day one. From there, your status can grow with you, step by step.

MY.PROTECTSTAR is your personal hub for your Protectstar apps, licenses, and benefits. You can now see your member tier there, too. There are no points to collect, no codes to enter, and no need to requalify each year.

Your tier is based on the total value of your purchases from the Protectstar Shop. Previous purchases linked to your MY.PROTECTSTAR account count, too. So if you’ve been using Protectstar for some time or have purchased several of our solutions, you may be pleasantly surprised the first time you check your account.

Each higher tier includes all the benefits of the tier before it. Your journey starts with STAR, continues to VEGA, one of the brightest stars in the night sky, and then SIRIUS, the brightest of them all, before reaching POLARIS, the North Star that has guided people for centuries.

1. STAR: You Belong Here

Register for free to receive STAR status automatically. You gain access to MY.PROTECTSTAR - your personal customer portal - along with your Protection Score and email support. Even if you haven’t made a purchase in the Protectstar Shop yet, you can create your account and check your status at any time.

2. VEGA: A Closer Connection and Faster Support

At $100 in total Protectstar Shop purchases, you reach VEGA. In addition to all STAR benefits, you receive priority email support, early security advisories, and greetings on your anniversary as a Protectstar customer.

3. SIRIUS: Loyalty That Pays Off

At $500 in total purchases, you reach SIRIUS. You receive a 20% loyalty discount on renewals in the Protectstar Shop, support responses within 24 hours, and early access to beta versions. You can explore new features sooner and share feedback from everyday use.

4. POLARIS: A Direct Line to Protectstar

At $1,000 in total purchases, you reach POLARIS. You can contact CEO Chris Bohn directly, receive personal emails from him, and get early access to new products.
POLARIS is not an impersonal VIP status. It is about closing the distance between the people who develop our products and the people who use them.

No Points. No Expiration Dates.

Many loyalty programs are built around points that expire or a status you have to earn again each year. Member Tiers is different: your purchases in the Protectstar Shop continue to count toward your tier. There is no annual reset and no expiration date. Thresholds are listed in U.S. dollars. Purchases made in other currencies are converted using the exchange rate on the date of purchase. Refunded purchases or purchases reversed through a chargeback no longer count toward your total and may lower your tier.

Important for Google Play: Purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play do not currently count toward Member Tiers. We have announced plans to include them.
