How can I delete my MY.PROTECTSTAR account?

We're sorry to hear you're considering leaving. You have the right to delete your MY.PROTECTSTAR account. It's important to note that once you delete your account, your profile will be permanently removed from MY.PROTECTSTAR. While any licenses you've purchased will remain valid, you need a MY.PROTECTSTAR account to use them again.

Online Process:

1. Sign into your MY.PROTECTSTAR account at: https://my.protectstar.com/account/login
2. Click on the profile icon at the top-right corner and select "My profile."
3. Click the "Account details" tab and press "Delete Account".
4. Confirm your identity by entering your password to finalize account deletion.

Android Process (Being gradually implemented across Android apps):

1. Open any of our Protectstar Android apps and go to the settings.
2. Access the MY.PROTECTSTAR section.
3. Sign into your MY.PROTECTSTAR account if you haven't already.
4. In the MY.PROTECTSTAR section, open the "Account Settings" tab.
5. Choose "Delete account".
6. Confirm your identity by entering your password to complete the account deletion

Email Request:

1. Open the support form at: https://www.protectstar.com/en/support
2. Enter your name and email used for your MY.PROTECTSTAR account.
3. Select as product "MY.PROTECTSTAR" and as reason "Delete my account".
