How can I delete my MY.PROTECTSTAR account?

We're sorry to hear you're considering deleting your MY.PROTECTSTAR account. You have the right to do so at any time. Please be aware that once your account is deleted, your profile will be permanently removed from MY.PROTECTSTAR. Although any licenses you've purchased will remain valid, you will need an active MY.PROTECTSTAR account to access and use them again.


How to Delete Your MY.PROTECTSTAR Account:

Online Process:

  1. Sign in to your MY.PROTECTSTAR account at MY.PROTECTSTAR Login.
  2. Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner and select "My Profile."
  3. Navigate to the "Account Details" tab and click on "Delete Account."
  4. Enter your password to confirm your identity and finalize the account deletion.

Android App Process (Currently Being Rolled Out Across Android Apps):

  1. Open any Protectstar Android app and go to the settings.
  2. Navigate to the "MY.PROTECTSTAR" section.
  3. Sign in to your MY.PROTECTSTAR account if you haven't already.
  4. In the "MY.PROTECTSTAR" section, select the "Account Settings" tab.
  5. Choose "Delete Account."
  6. Enter your password to confirm your identity and complete the account deletion.

Email Request:

  1. Open the support form at Protectstar Support.
  2. Enter your name and the email address associated with your MY.PROTECTSTAR account.
  3. Select "MY.PROTECTSTAR" as the product and "Delete my account" as the reason.
  4. Submit your request.
