Where can I find my Google Play Store receipt and order number (GPA)?
When you buy an app, subscription, or in-app feature through the Google Play Store, Google normally sends you a confirmation email that serves as your receipt. That email also contains your order number, which usually starts with “GPA.”
If you can no longer find that email, you can usually look up the purchase directly in your Google account. Check your Google Play order history or the Google Payments Center to find the transaction again, even if the original receipt email is gone.
The GPA number is especially helpful if you need to resolve a purchase issue or contact our support team. The fastest way is to send the GPA number, plus a screenshot or proof of purchase, so our Support Heroes can review the case much more quickly.
In short: Your Google Play receipt is usually sent by email — and if you no longer have it, you can often find the purchase again in your order history or Google Payments.
