What should I do if my refund has not arrived yet?

If you do not see your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card issuer, since refunds are often posted there with a delay. If nothing is visible there either, contact your bank next. That is the exact order we also recommend in our shop policy.

If you have already done all of that and still do not see the refund, please contact our support team. It is best to have your order number and proof of purchase ready so we can review the case quickly.
