I ordered from the Protectstar Shop. How long does it take for my product to be delivered?

All Protectstar solutions are delivered exclusively by email. Right after your order is completed, you will receive two messages:

• Order confirmation – Confirms that your payment has been received.
• Download & activation instructions – Contains your personal license key and the link to the installation file.

Normally, both emails arrive in your inbox within 2–3 minutes. If you still do not see them after that, the following steps will help.

1. Check your spam or promotions folder

Email providers filter messages automatically—sometimes too thoroughly. So please log in directly to your provider’s web portal (for example, icloud.com, outlook.com, gmail.com) and check:

• Spam/Junk
• Promotions (Gmail)
• Unknown/Other (GMX/Web.de)

Move any Protectstar emails you find into your inbox and mark them as “Not spam.” That ensures future updates and invoices arrive correctly.

2. A typo in the email address

If no email appears and the spam folder is also empty, there may have been a typo (for example, “gmai.com” instead of “gmail.com”). Just reply to us with:

• Your order number
• Your correct email address

We will update it immediately and resend the delivery emails.

3. PayPal may use a different address

If you paid with PayPal, our system uses the primary email address stored there. Please check that inbox as well. If you would like to use a different address in the future, just let us know quickly—we will update your license data free of charge.

4. Still nothing? We will help you personally.

Email us at support@protectstar.com or use the support form at https://www.protectstar.com/de/support—ideally with your order number. Our team usually replies within a few hours on business days, and within 24 hours at the latest.
You do not lose any usage time: the license period begins only with the first activation, not on the purchase date.
