I placed an order in the Protectstar Shop. How long will it take to receive my product?

All Protectstar solutions are sent exclusively by e-mail. Right after checkout you’ll receive two messages:
- Order confirmation – Confirms that your payment was successful.
- Download & activation instructions – Contains your personal license key and the download link.
Both e-mails usually arrive within 2–3 minutes. If you still don’t see them, try the following:
Check your Spam or Promotions folder
Mail providers filter automatically—and sometimes too aggressively. Sign in to your provider’s web portal (e.g. icloud.com, outlook.com, gmail.com) and look in:
• Spam/Junk
• Promotions (Gmail)
• Unknown/Other (GMX/Web.de)
Drag any Protectstar mail to your inbox and mark it “Not spam” so future updates and invoices arrive safely.
Typo in the e-mail address
If no mail shows up at all, a typo may have slipped in (e.g. “gmai.com” instead of “gmail.com”). Just reply with:
• Your order number
• The correct e-mail address
We’ll fix it immediately and resend the messages.
PayPal may use a different address
If you paid with PayPal, our system uses the primary e-mail stored there. Please check that inbox as well. Want to use another address? Let us know—we’ll update your license free of charge.

You won’t lose any usage time: the license period starts on first activation, not on the purchase date.
