Can I place a new order after an order was canceled automatically?

Yes, in principle you can start a new order attempt. We confirm successful shop orders by email directly after checkout: you receive an order confirmation and then download and activation information, usually within 2–3 minutes. If those messages do not arrive and the process is canceled instead, the purchase usually was not completed successfully.

Before trying again, first check your spam folder and — if you used PayPal — also the primary inbox stored there. Then make sure your details are complete and correct. During the ordering process, payment data as well as technical data such as IP address, browser, device, and location information are processed, among other things for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

If you did not receive any order emails at all, please send us your order number and the correct email address so we can review the case and resend the information if necessary. That usually makes it possible to resolve a failed order attempt quickly and cleanly.
