Can I place another order after an order was automatically canceled?
Yes, you can generally try placing a new order. Successful orders placed in our shop are confirmed by email immediately after checkout: you receive an order confirmation followed by download and activation details, usually within 2–3 minutes. If those messages do not arrive and the process is canceled instead, the purchase usually was not completed successfully.
Before trying again, please first check your spam folder and—if you paid with PayPal—the inbox of the primary email address linked to your PayPal account. Then make sure your information is complete and correct. During the ordering process, payment data as well as technical information such as IP address, browser, device, and location data are processed, among other things for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
If you did not receive any order emails at all, please send us your order number and the correct email address so we can review the case and resend the information if necessary. That usually makes it possible to resolve a failed order attempt quickly and cleanly.
