I purchased this app, but it still keeps showing me to upgrade to PRO or Premium. What can I do?

Thank you for choosing our Protectstar apps from the Google Play Store. If you've made an in-app purchase, such as upgrading to the PRO edition of our Antivirus AI, Firewall AI, Anti Spy, iShredder, Camera Guard, or Micro Guard, you'll automatically receive the features you've paid for.

If you experience any issues with the in-app purchase, we recommend restarting your device and trying again. If the problem persists, you can also redo the in-app purchase, and Google will only charge you once.

In case the issue remains unresolved, please contact our support team by sending a support request and providing your GPA number, which can be found on Google's invoice.

If you've purchased our app through the official Protectstar online shop, please check your records and look for the email that contains your download link and activation code.

Alternatively, you can also register the app through your MY PROTECTSTAR account at https://my.protectstar.com.
